Not really for toning, but for cardio if you do it religiously for at least 15-20 mintues a day. Yes, it will help some with core balance… but even better is what I finally got into. I love 2 things that I do. One is P90X dvd home boot camp workout from Beach Body. The other is a motivational fitness package from Independent Achievement Productions. I use the motivational downloads and cds when I go to sleep.

Wal-Mart has a good selection of sports gear, especially the “super” Wal-Marts. I’ve seen some at Sam’s Club as well. The best place however, is probably Dick’s or Sports Authority.

My friend is selling us their tramp for $ 60 and my mom will only get it if we can find a CHEAP and AFFORDABLE net. The measurements are 15 x 15. We need ONLY a net. Cheap as possible. Feeling Freely Safe In A Trampoline Net
Some people just want to be free. Some of those people buy trampolines to feel free when jumping. Now one may assume that there are some that will say, I don’t need a trampoline enclosure I want to be free!
Free is good (especially inheriting a trampoline for free!), but freedom without a trampoline enclosure system is also the freedom to be launched freely through the space where a trampoline net should be and freely landing while freely flinging limbs and bones so freely break.
