the thrill of soaring through the air…

    Tuesday, September 7th, 2010

So… i’m back into the swing of things at college and now that its been a month up here I kind of am starting to miss some things at home. Obviously I miss my family and pets but today for the first time i felt the need of wanting to go in my backyard and jump on my trampoline. Unfortunately my sorority does not have a huge trampoline in the backyard. I really felt like i wanted to go on my trampoline not only because it is fun to jump on it but also because it is a great workout. You don’t really notice how much your core is engaged while jumping. If you think about the last time you jumped for at least 10 minutes on a trampoline, you might come across the memory of being a little short of breath once you finish. Trampolines are an exercise where most people just do it for fun yet it really can get you in good shape. I went to the gym early this morning but when i was bored later this afternoon i thought: if i just had my trampoline i could be having so much fun while getting exercise! I love when those two things are the same since we all know how hard working out really is. But if your thinking about a way to start getting your kids into shape or wanting them to be physically active just because it’s healthy for them, you might want to consider buying a trampoline. Your kids will never think twice about it being for exercise, all they will think about is the feeling of soaring in the air (of course with a net on the outside of it too) ; ). But really I got my first trampoline when i was about 5 maybe and it was the most amazing gift, I absolutely LOVED it… and have to say got a lot of exercise on that thing.

Why owning a trampoline is beneficial to the entire family?

Bouncing on a trampoline can help your children today and in the future!
The trampoline bounce! It’s so easy to get started but yet almost impossible to give up. Today we see more and more children growing into better athletes. Why, you ask? It’s simple; because trampoline bouncing improves so many areas of co-ordination (such as agility, rhythm and timing).  Many athletes practice on trampolines to improve their motor skills, including divers, gymnasts, skaters and cheerleaders.  No matter what the sport, owning a Pure Fun Trampoline at home will help your children to a brighter and more athletic future.  Having a trampoline in your backyard could help produce the next big sports star, your child.

Looking for recreation activities and personal fitness at home?
There are more and more families in today’s world that are looking to bring recreational activates into their home.  There are too many families with expensive monthly bills for cable service, games and other sources of family entertainment.  These kind of activities can be fun and relaxing but they are not always “healthy.” Owning a trampoline on the other hand, provides physical activity and a healthy lifestyle. Trampoline bouncing can be a great activity for the entire family and it’s inexpensive; with a rewarding result. So why not add a Pure Fun Trampoline to your backyard?

Everyone loves to bounce on a trampoline!
It’s hard to find someone on this planet that doesn’t like the motion of bouncing. When you start your child bouncing at a young age, they can benefit so much.  You and your children will be amazed with how well their skills will improve. Co-ordination and balance will improve greatly and your children will find such a healthy benefit while trampoline jumping.  It’s proven fact that children who play on a trampoline at a young age are less likely to get hurt in recreational sports such as skiing, skating and bicycle riding.  Having your children started on a trampoline benefits them on better knowledge for protecting themselves in other sports if they fall down. Like falling down in a youth football game; or dance performance.

Bottom line:  “Trampoline bouncing is FUN!”
You can’t deny the fact that owning a trampoline provides a healthy but fun time for your entire family.  There is nothing better than the family weekend with your brand new, inexpensive Pure Fun Trampoline.  The benefits can’t be argued and the amount of smiles you’ll see can’t be replaced.  To sum it up “Owning a trampoline is beneficial to the entire family; trampoline bouncing is fun and healthy.”

Building a Six Pack Stomach Starts With Core Strength Exercises

There is nothing that signals being in shape quite like a six pack stomach. It is a badge of honor in the fitness industry that signifies dedication and hard work to your fitness goals. It’s also one of the most asked about and misunderstood subjects in the health and industry for the simple fact that most people go about trying to build washboard abs the wrong way.

Part of the problem is the way most people go about building their set of killer abs. Doing hundreds of sit-ups and crunches will build those muscles, but there is more to it then that. You have to see those abs and most people have a nice layer of fat hiding theirs. You see having a set of stellar abs is a function of not only muscle development but also body fat, and to take it one step further it is a function of overall fitness levels.

You see there is more to six pack abs then just being lean and having strong abdominal muscles. A truly fit person has overall bodily strength, endurance, and stability that comes from a combination of healthy diet and core strength exercises. Make no mistake, there is no secret shortcut to building a six pack stomach. It will take a lifestyle centered around nutrition and training if you want to succeed.

The key to a building strong abdominals is improving your core strength. Your core is your entire midsection that includes the
